Owner expect everyone to work for 12 hr. Every day Increment is given to only few favourite employess that too in cash and for others increment after every 5 years No respect to employees Hire and fire policy No compliances

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
