Good benifits like annual bonus which is extra to CTC, flexible timings. Cool working and grean workplace.

Dislikes

HSE culture is not good due to proprietary management. Plant head and his PA want to drive HSE in many aspects and trying to put finger in HSE internal matters. Other than this remaining aspects are good. Who worked in a systematic organisation cannot fit into this organisation.

It's a very good experience to working with greentech industry. Management gives looks all the employees with same manner (Equality and priority), it's the main thing that makes me impressive in greentech industry.

As usual every employee faces the same issue in most of the company,is pay scale and carrier growth.

...shers many new projects have coming. Very friendly nature working with managers. Company was giving attendance bonus, yearly bonus, like many advantages we have. Free accommodation, free food, free transportation . Uniform giving early once free, identifying talanted persons giving some responsibilities to consern members, HR conducting games, sefty, ppe issuing to employes like OHC also have.

...agement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling.company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Everything was good, except salary increments are not their, even though person's almost 5years his salary is 13000 rupees. Starting salary was 10000 rupees, it is fixed salary for 10 years, that's why people was not interesting to work here.
