It's culture.its actually babu culture is. & 2nd is sales GM Ashutosh kr Singh. He is a very pathetic person.without any reason he ll poke you. Will do baseless complain against you.he ll force to report him daily.you have to seat always in the office.you ll not allow to go to the market.He ll disturb you from various way.basicaly he is a physio person.

No factory rules, no SOPs, No safety, no recognition, no salary, no benifits. Management corrupted and encourage corruption. All factory permission are optainend by paying bribe
