Company is a fully professional company. Very good rules and policies. Timely salary timely expenses. Not a single rupees deduction, even if deducted will be notified immediately.

Dislikes

The immediate bosses that's the managers working here for years. They think as if they are running some crime syndicates. They will communicate with subordinates like giving threatening or else company is of their parents. That's the only reason why employees leaving greenlam. Only for those idiot state heads and rsms.

Very good company. Very much professional company. Salary, expenses everything on time.

Dislikes

Managers will prefer their own close employees and will do nasty politics. Egoistic seniors. And will do lot of partiallity with new employees. Some managers feel like the company is of thier parents and accordingly treat with their immediate colleagues.

Salary and incentives and one more good thing Greenlam provide training each and every level.

Dislikes

Company is good but managers of the company involve in politics they do not want his junior to grow and flourish they are leg puller and upper management also support this culture, some managers slurp the feet of his bosses. They always shows that whatever happens good in market they do and and his colleagues doesn't . I spent 9 yr in Greenlam but I have to leave company due to politics.

Team is very supportive & also work life balance is there. People recognise you if you are doing well in your job & accordingly salary hike & promotion are given.

Dislikes

Saturday working. Only 1st & 3rd Saturday is off in HO.

...ironment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike in every year.
