Poor Leadership: # Brach Manger of Laminate division are very poor market knowledge and very bad attitude, # He doesn't listen suggestions from other team member and always insists he's right # He is very slow in his work we can be frustrating for team member # He is very poor decision maker and always blame to other for his own mistake # No one knows him in market which can be challenge for team member # He constantly pin team members and create toxic environment # Always take credit of other team member works, show off Infront of senior people 2. Low Petrol Expense : Petrol are capped very low amount, which can be challenge for employee to travel for work 3. Restrictive policies: Company does not allow to send Sample and catalogue through portal or Dunzo, which can be convenient

Company is good but managers of the company involve in politics they do not want his junior to grow and flourish they are leg puller and upper management also support this culture, some managers slurp the feet of his bosses. They always shows that whatever happens good in market they do and and his colleagues doesn't . I spent 9 yr in Greenlam but I have to leave company due to politics.

Company is good. All policy are good, healthy salary they can give you. The above all factors depends upon your reporting manager. If you have healthy relation with him/her you will be fine otherwise you will be unhappy.

Promotion depends upon your reporting manager. There is no centralise performance management system. There is no standard parameter for promotion, anybody can get promoted depending upon the relationship with the reporting manager HOD.
