...o internal politics there are unnecessary pressure on employees, who perform. There are salary under the market price and annual increment below 5 % of CTC. There are some buttering people who spoil company's culture.

You need to decision for yourself work, no one is going to tell you until it becomes a issue or highlight. In my opinion it is good or bad also. This is things I think everyone miss in theirs job. This good who makes you conscious about the matter and teach to take decision. This is bad because its makes you habitual and if you not found anywhere else.

... and a good place to start with as a fresher. Goos work environment and culture. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus. Their is proper hierarchy and processes.

Battery division have done lot of R&D till now so for learning there are lot of the things. If you belong to Yamunanagar (Haryana) then everything is ok for you

Dislikes

Due to poor/political management, the company could not utilize its skilled manpower and resources due to which it lost market share. Attrition rate is more then 100% during last 1.5 year.

Office timings are limited and hence better work life balance

A typical lala company that disguises itself as a corporate. People with no idea about your work rate your capabilities and the management acts on that.

Terrible Top Management specially MD is very unpredictable suddenly removes company employees without any reason or any notice

Dislikes

Maximum workers & employees are either family friends or relatives of family friends so its almost impossible to make a management system in company bcoz Top management only Trusts only family friend relatives working at different work levels in company (security guard to Assembly operators, Engineers, Managers etc)
