Onshore partners are the best to work with them the way they mingle up with their juniors are the best to encourage them.

Dislikes

The Directors like Bhagwan Dass should learn who to be in office always talking to their pears in their regional language. He is big anti towards north Indians. Not giving them promotions and not even talk politely to them. He plays politics in office.

Likes

Management won't stand on their promises for an employee and give preference to only their locals unless until they will get profit from an employee. Even they won't provide relieving letters and it's all politics. I highly recommend avoid this company.

Dislikes

Compensation will be discussed by team leader and manager by words not through mail, management never ask all of sudden why an employee quit the job due to politics and for females they won't arrange any security if they relocate. I do receive appreciation mails from the clients but there is no appraisals from management at all.

I have learned lots of new things in documentation, proposal writing and got experiences in field work

Dislikes

The office location is in the main traffic area. So it is fully surrounded up with noise and air pollution
