Salary package is below average compared to industry, appraisal happens after 1.5yrs. Employee engagement policy is not so good in terms of overall organisation specially for kolkata office staffs.

There is no job security. Salary hike is less, less scope for career growth. There is no Job description. Working environment is not supportive. Teammates are good. There is politics.

Dislikes

Worked for more than 5 yrs. I believe company is not bad but people makes it bad. Commitments are not followed. And most emberassing part is exit part, they treat you such a way that you will never think of coming back in future. HR department tries to find out chilly issues so that they can hold your final settlement and disbursement can be stopped. Pathetic!

I like that location , weather , support from local people. Salary in time, medicine supply sufficient. Good team.

Working culture, interference to others Dept. Less Facility for family culture. Releasing system is very bad.

This is the first company that gave me chance to work where i used my skills and knowledge to establish myself and this is the only company from where i have learnt everything.

Environment. Be it the surroundings, be it the work environment, be it the work culture, be it the working people and of course the work-life balance all being of high quality motivating working and thus innovating ideas percolates enhancing productivity

The living accommodation especially of the staff at Junior level as also internal roads and drainage system need improvements
