Corrupt and incompetent ownership and management. Cronyism. Sexism. Low wages. Raises promised and never given. Financial impropriety. Long wait time to get vital equipment repaired, due to financial mismanagement. But hey, every once in awhile they'll spend 60 bucks on pizza, so it's alllllllllll good...
