...nagement transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year .

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues .salary is decent but career growth is slow .there is a bond of years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Green Gas Ltd provides a learning platform to its employees due to various compliances, audits, liasioning with various internal and external authorities

Dislikes

Green Gas Limited is neither a Govt Company nor a Private Company. It's a typical combination of Private and Govt being a JV of two PSU where salary is not given as per Govt scales but expectation of compliances are as per Govt set up. Employees are harassed with Vigilance enquiries, CAG and other procedures like tendering etc are very combursome.

Interdepartment politics. Management driven things based on his mindset only and no role of hr, hr controlled totally by management

Deals with CGD, Decent work culture. Growth is there for freshers. It's a growing company

Few things are there but its irrelevant like internal politics stuff, quality issue in site, slow paced management at a times.

Good Company and work environment, culture.Teammates are friendly supportive and management is not transparent. Company policies is good but discriminating. They give good salary and bonus every year.

All about is good but company discriminating between onroll and offroll employees.
