I got very bad experience with this organization. Salary system was very pathetic, almost 1 to 1.5 month late. And you have to do request for your salary, sometimes director forgot to give you salary. Basically no professional work environment. I joined as road safety engineer, but sometimes they told me to deliver goods. When you refused to do the work then management intentionally delay your salary. Mostly I worked more than 12 hours, when I was on field, I never got an appreciation from management or extra benefit for that. Think twice before joining the organization.

Company Hr policies are not good, training they don't provide after the joining. They don't care about employees, Salary is never on time. No job security they fire anytime they want, when you want to meet the manager, they don't let you meet. No appraisal.

Bad work environment and culture. Company GM was very low catagire person..company polices good only on paper. . No any support durring covid 19

There is a lot of politics and the management dosnot adress staff issue. Company gm is low grade person..

Company Owner is Great person, Opportunities & growth is always open on your performance, whoever perform better in job, he will definitely earn more in this company.

I am former employee to this organisation very worst experience to this organisation. No any help to our manager and superior when any working condition. payment delay is very big problem this organisation.
