Work culture is very bad. They can call you even in the midnight also, unnecessary involvement of some of the senior employer, bad polities, poor salary, feels like all 7 days are working, nothing to learn for fresher except if he is in head office.

I have done my job .And overall experience was good. Moreover,I got salary on date as well as I got promotion without any kind of proposal.

I loved my job.Therefore there has been no issue of demerits.

Ahmedabad: Here a distinction is made between green design employees. (nepotism, favoritism) (1) Like to pass petrol bills or not! (Petrol allowance) This rule is a bit strange: *An employee whose petrol bill is being passed cannot talk to his colleague, as doing so will also result in his termination. *If the car or bike belongs to the company, bill direct pass. *If the car or bike belongs to an employee, bill pass as per kilometers; In which if the distance is more than 60km per day only then Rs. 3.50/km will be available. (means upto 60km employee should drive with own pishab) **But if you come in the list of (nepotism, favoritism) then... You are SHAKTIMAN (2) If attendance location with selfie is mandatory for an employee, no one even asks the employee. (3) 2nd & 4th Saturday half day for office staff, and even a small festival like Ganesh Visarjan, while the site staff should be considered as weekoff.

आपके यहा काम करने के बाद सैलरी नही देते है और मैनेजमेंट की तरफ से भी कोई एकशन नही लिया जाता ,सबलेट में काम लेकर ये लोग हम लोगो को शोषण करते है आप से गुजारिस है की हमारी सैलरी दिलाने की कृपा करे और ऐसे लोगो जो सबलेट मे काम लेकर इम्पॉलोई की सैलरी काटते है उनका भी पेमेंट काटना चाहिए। हमारी सैलरी 14000@5=70000 का भुगतान बांकी है Pankaj dwivedi field engineer

There is nothing good about this company. they will just hire you to annoy you every time. There is no faith among the employees and employer. They don't know the meaning of work-life balance. They will even call you at 1:00 am in night and expect you to oblige whatever the situations you are in.

Joining this company was my biggest mistake of my life. Don't ever think of joining. They will just exploit you
