I liked the atmosphere and location of the office.Colleagues are nice and friendly.They come from different cultural backgrounds.Good client base.Since the H.O is in Gujarat one gets an opportunity to meet the management.

Dislikes

Lot of internal politics, growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.Management does not recognise individual talent and contribution. There's no on the job training so seniors like me have to guide and train the Juniors which adds to extra responsibility which goes unnoticed by management.
