Performance Bonus come in June salary and as per the criteria of Offer Letter you are not eligible for the 10% of your CTC when you have resigned and serving Notice period. 3. Centricity of Authorization for any kind of task is confined to HOD only that makes the working system most ineffective. 4. Suppliers management is so poor. 5. No control over Dealers
