Doesn't like, what would I say.Working here means without career progress just passing time or dedicating yourself for mismanagement either related to Product Quality or bridging between suppliers and dealers.

Dislikes

1. No Career Progress in terms of Knowledge, Skill development or financial. 2. Performance Bonus come in June salary and as per the criteria of Offer Letter you are not eligible for the 10% of your CTC when you have resigned and serving Notice period. 3. Centricity of Authorization for any kind of task is confined to HOD only that makes the working system most ineffective. 4. Suppliers management is so poor. 5. No control over Dealers

...orrow they will send out with no reason saying business volume have gone down... Worked for 8 months, but said no variable pay even though I was thier in the system while issuing the variable pay.... Poor hr policies....

Decision making is zero here, there are no SOP's. 6day working. No job security. There are no benifits apart from your salary and there are lot more...

Travel expenses and other expenses will take months to reimburse.. best attempt by them how to delay/avoid.
