... i am a part of a team.My working environment and my employees i like very much. No safety for job security,salary growth is very slow.But i can enjoy with any situation in my company to work with him.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Work pressure is high.Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is pain sometimes. I can done my monthly targets but appreciation goes to another person.Some thing like this its more pain to me.

... job satisfaction and pressure (it should be there or else u will crave for it).Salary wise, while joining itself u should negotiate.

Yearly 6 to 8% salary hike u will get..u may get 0% if ur performance rated low by ur manager.

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow.

It's more of a trading company than engineering company, no proud or joy for products you sell. No transparency from management- no townhall meetings, there was one organized in 3 years where no questions were taken Company is stagnant / in loss, so no / meagre incentives or increments If you're stuck with a bad manager, be sure to be bullied, Even if your manager does your appraisal without discussing with you, HR will not be able to do much. No attention to processes, no direction from leadership. Needless to say, attrition is very high.

Slow growth & average compensation benefits. Injustice for individuals growth based on performance.
