New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

I'm working in Greaves cotton last 8 years in Production department AEB LEU 5 shendra Plant.i enjoyed 2 years as trainy engineer. We are best team in automotive engine assembly .I got many basic information about automobile engines.we made many types of KEIZEN , Many type of things to learn in Greaves.

Poor salary , management politics, no job security, there is no work life balance becoz extra working is compulsory without any Over time . Leaves not approved by time to time, canteen food is very poor quality. No use any health policy.

Overall Greaves is selfish company. there is no job security...poor salary with zero growth. Greaves is worldclass company only on paper in real picture is very bad. 3 or 4 hours extra working with zero overtime.

... . Staff is very good and helping. Career growth is not that much satisfactory. Salary increments structure is not good. You can manage your personal family life nicely working with this company. At last its you can learn here but can't grow up.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation but they mostly go unnoticed during my yearly appraisals.
