Useless policies, very low salary, no learning, no recognition, irrelevant knowledge less old production managers, less increments, less career growth. Useless gm, dgm, Sr.mgr. culture not professional.

Owner working attitude, they always supports their relatives, family people, giving them higher salary, promotions. In every department one reletive is working and playing role of spy.during peak season ( almost 4 months)production managers are asked to work 14 hours but no comp off or over time. And if they want to fire someone than they don't allow him to complete notice period and HR department starts to torture employee and ask him to leave.

There is hardly anything one can sincerely call as likeable in this torturous company. They claim they are people-centric. But actually, they are people-scared. They are totally against investments in people. No training, no development, no empowerment, no delegation, no employee friendliness. HR is non-existent. Production doesn't produce as per forecast. Supply never happens on time. Ram Bharose Work. Ladies are expected to do grunt work. Nepotism and favouritism rule the roost.

Dislikes

The promoters use unparliamentary words, and consider the employees as servants. They are very proud about that. There is a senior gentleman who seems to be their henchman. He and his team of retired seniors make sure that nothing works, and anything that works is made to break down, so that he / they can live a life of post retirement employment by pretending to fix the break down. He also supplies to them manpower. There are layers and layers within the organization, and he runs an empire of yes-men employees inside this company. The promoters ignore this kind of a behaviour, and also listen to employee conversations using microphones embedded inside their CCTV cameras.

this company has lost its humanity and ethics towards its employees at the ground level and harassing employees for sales and making them to loose their families and their health. making them to work on all government holidays only for sake of sales and taking them on conference call on sundays.

No remarks but linking of Ghee articles in accounts is slow. When we speedup that activity we can gain and reach good results..
