The promoters use unparliamentary words, and consider the employees as servants. They are very proud about that. There is a senior gentleman who seems to be their henchman. He and his team of retired seniors make sure that nothing works, and anything that works is made to break down, so that he / they can live a life of post retirement employment by pretending to fix the break down. He also supplies to them manpower. There are layers and layers within the organization, and he runs an empire of yes-men employees inside this company.
