The one thing I dislike is the compensation and salary they are giving they say it's competitive but actually it's not for fresher I can say it's not that competitive. The are times when management was not up to mark

Worst experience. If u r joining here make sure not to work on sat sunday dont go on false promises of managers, even HR will not support you. Will not recommed for professionals. Sat sun: no wage, Compoff have policy to be expired and trust me u will not able to avail it if it is in big amount Hr will make you feel like u are a threatening guy.

The vision of Mr. Vikas Gupta, the CEO of this organisation is great, But the people whom he has hired in the managerial position will destroy this company to core

Managers, Vice President have no idea about the technologies, they come up with some unrealistic requirements with unbelievable deadlines, one such example is Mr.Sachin Naik, He comes from gaming industry background and he has been made VP of Product engineering team, and here is where the problem starts, He has zero knowledge about all the trending technologies like NextJs, ReactJs, NodeJs, JavaScript and few more He would just read few articles on chatGPT and come up with a stupid idea about how to deal with a problem, Pathetic guy.! He's a self obsessed human being who can be a road blocker to your career if you are planning to join this organisation Then comes the HR manager of this organisation who goes by name, Mrs. Chandrakala Gurram, she has no idea what's going on in the organisation and moreover i don't think she even know the names of at least 10 employees other than the HR team. She is the best example of " DEAD RESOURCE "
