The salary is as per the market standards and good. The work and projects are also good. Great learning experience.

The HR’s sometimes tend to confuse as the dont have the entire information. There were multiple times i was given wrong information and they had to go and recheck.

The company has evolved from the challenges and transforming itself into a true enterprise. Nothing to recommend here for improvement rather just good furtune.

Some senior level members are good in nature upgrade your skill in your own way .

Job security is negligible. Always justify yourself and target based depend on owner mood or over achieving target which is not possible to beat anyone.

The only thing I like is work life balance. If I talk about culture then only 5-6 people are there and that is also remote work model you won’t learn anything.

-The behaviour of director - As a technical recruiter they will ask you to work on BD, Accountant, HR kind of roles and I have worked on these kind of roles throughout my journey. -The lie HR will tell during your interviews -Director has zero trust he will ask you to show call logs, messages and screen share your work. How funny to see that they don’t have any software for attention, payrol and all but a tracker in every employee laptop to check their working hours. -Do not expect any appreciation or kind words from your director/HR even you’re doing your best work -Majority of roles are just moonlighting roles.

As a sales for developer, my experience with this company was far from satisfactory. The organisation highly relies on contractual employee, often underpayingthem despite high expectations. work as extracted under intense pressure with little regards of work life balance, there are lack of proper structure of or support and recognition for effort is minimal. Many employee kept in dark along with long-term prospect making it feel unstable and unprofessional. While the technology stack is maybe modern. The management practices are outdated and exploitative. I would not recommend this company, serious professional, looking for fair and growth oriented environment.
