And no one will help you from gravity even after you submit the proof - Your salary will be blocked for no reason for months, Head of HR is worst person and she will not respond to your mails and calls. - HRs will give you false promises while joining the organisations. - All the persons from management are full of attitude, you will be pissed off soon that's my guarantee. - These management people are considering every employees a bunch of fools. - Your calls will be blocked by sangeeta, Aarush, Mounica, Gaurav when you request F&F and won't be settled even after months

... to a company employee or provide you with an update on the company's backcheck. - Salary: never arrive on schedule. Their deadline is the 1st of every month, but since they lack funds evry month, you will receive it before the 10th to make the salary available. - Poor people and culture; they never give you the space to comprehend the company culture and environment and always pressurize you to obtain business through your personal connections. - With just a phone call, they could have fired you at any time. They all participate in this management decision, even though they act as though it has shocked them. - Tell you that you are not performing and request that they leave the company; do not even try to put you in PIP or understand your challenge. - Always conduct a senseless meetings. - Its a pathetic company i ever worked with no culture, no work ethics, no management.

Serious time tracking. They Hire and Fire. Blocked my salary. Company acks foresightedness, struggles to gain new clients and retain existing ones. Work load compared to salary is not relatable.

It's Impressive the Culture and the team pushes you for self enhanced with your best potential and appreciate your effort, that let you strike most of your target and helps you to succeed efficiently, the calibre of an individual gets boost and simultaneously the guidance provided shapes you.

Nothing much, just to seek for expansion, with growing era the company will expand and I'm witnessing the expansion, so it will gradually be taking the pace, but from my side thumps up 👍

1. Extremely pathetic management 2. high level of stress 3. they want to become the uni-corn leader in the market but their management strategies are worse than those of popcorn sellers. 4. Meetings after meetings but no conclusion. 5. They've hired puppets in the senior management role. They've 0% innovation ideas. The company is paying high salaries to the organization's puppets without any management skills. 6. Hire and Fire should be their tagline. 7. It's a remote job but they'll harass you like hell. 8. It's good to remain unemployed rather than join this unorganized and nonsense company. 9. they are giving employment to ruin the careers of the people. 10. All employees want to run away as soon as they get a better offer. 11. they hardly have any New accounts as they want to work only with Unicorn leaders. They are sustaining only on 1-2 accounts based in Dubai. According to their management strategies, if they work with a small startup type of company then their reputation will go for the toss.. Lolzz.. 12. Whoever left the organization, left out of frustration only as they blocked salaries.. So, all the people who are reading this message,, Pls be extremely cautious before joining this organisation. Nobody is happy in this organisation except few puppets!!
