In my daily work routine at Gravita, I enjoy the excellent facilities provided by the company. The work environment is pleasant, and I appreciate the resources and amenities available to employees.

Dislikes

However, one aspect that I find challenging is the appraisal and salary benefits process. It often takes an extended period for the company to make decisions in this regard. It would be beneficial if the decision-making process regarding appraisals and salary benefits could be expedited. Overall, though, I have a positive experience working at Gravita due to the wonderful facilities and the opportunities it provides.

...day slavery environment. Few get growth, promotion, Incentive,Hike every year...Few are waiting for these from many years but got salary cuts on the ne of COVID. Management not checking actual things to be done rather doing salary cuts to Lavishly Spending on themselves consequently low income employees either being fired or salary cuts.

1.No appreciation ,no motivation 2 Come through HOD CEO VP reference then enjoy the salary otherwise if you selected through Job portals then you never supposed to grow with inflation. 3.Teammates behaviour depends upon you. 4.HR policy has been amended with requirements of company.Its doesn't matter where and what ever you signed at time of joining. HOD's proudly says we change policy as per our decision within 6hours. 5.Overall it's desi laala company. Don't expect much, negotiate at the time of joining.
