Hello, This was my first job as a call center executive. Normal day shift, avg salary package. It was a good experience of 8 months as it was a startup cant expect more benifits, less employee, great bonding and some were awsome colleagues who helped me throughout the tenure. one of the most important reminder is dont get emotionaly attached to any one, no matter how close they are to you. BECAUSE AS A FRESHER MOST OF THE PEOPLE MIGHT FACE THIS ISSUE. The disadvantage of attachment is it will badly stunt your growth n career. but yes be thankful to everyone as gratitude is crucial thing in life Regards, ABDUL LATHEEF

Some of the senior were involved in partiality. Recognition was given for quantity not for quality. for Example if Employee 'A' takes 200 calls with 80% Quality score. and Employee 'B' takes 150 calls with 100 % Quality score. IRRESPECTIVE of Quality the Quantity was considered and Awarded.

I would not like to work in a company where many Seniors like me have left as Salary is not released even after many months. Many Juniors have also left the company in the recent years. No release of salary is a regular feature. Even backlog salary is not paid to seniors after they resign the company. I do not know how this aspect of non payment of salary is not taken care of in the FINANCIAL AUDIT OF THE COMPANY. I AM PUTTING MY VIEWS FOR FEED BACK TO OTHERS.
