Work culture is very bad due to high level of corruption in Industrial relation. Behaviour of GM IR to its own employees is worst. Highly political environment in dept. Corruption is very high! If any senior is reading pl take action. Can check with existing employees of IR as well as other departments.

Not proper duty scheduling,for freshers too much less compensation, join only if you are having engineering degree too much parcility with formal post graduation fellows.
