...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

If you are not able to lapse your leave, then you aren't going to good directions. If you have skills, then you must be avoided. Leave only for showing to attract new employees. Old employees won't accept you as they doing shift from last 10 years without promotion.

there is no workings hours so it’s effects your personal life. And your working for this organisation so you can’t say no for anything. Ao there is a everything on urgent basis.

Grasim is facing squeeze in profit margins. Thus cost cutting is more focused. In last 3 years I have seen reduction in man power, reduction in facilities , poor increments , cut in variable Pays , cut/reduction in maintenance . Breakdowns are too much and management expectation of production with quality and cost is high.

Poor working balance Daily urgency To many night calls To much approvals To many meeting To much Extra activity ( Safet committe , 24 BBSO , 2Nearmiss, 3-4 RCA ) -Incidents are high

Company work culture is very good, everyone supports you.Company offers good facilities to employees. Appreciation is good thing here.

Dislikes

This company offers less salary,Family rooms are better compared to bachelor rooms.Some modification required for bachelors room. Canteen cost for employees is high
