The one thing that I like most about working at GrapplTech is it's renote work policy. This gives us the chance to comfortably work from our homes and keep polishing our skills.

The salary is not as per the industry standards. It's low.

The administration of the company includes HRs and Managers are very good. The company's atmosphere, work culture are the best. All the team members are very helpful. My Team Lead is very supportive, he helps me whenever I get stuck in any problem. Overall the company is best for the freshers.

Dislikes

The main issue in this company is the salary date is not fixed. Sometimes it's too late but not on time. All are good except this.

Without Financial compensation ,It's Challenging to maintain motivation and enthusiasm over long term , which can affect overall engagement and productivity.
