If your love language is t*xic, doesn’t want to live a life and you are a lic*er you should definitely join this organisation. You will surely find Directors Managers Sr Managers being a pu*pe* of CEO who defines problem as “you have a problem now bring a solution ” i mean if you are new or at a lower position how can you give a solution to your senior that too at a director level ( knowing the fact they won’t implement it ) , you have been there in the organisation for no matter how long and no matter how great you were doing yet they shift you to different domains and questions you for your work. I mean how can a bunch of dum* idi*ts like them are getting funding to create multiple domains/ branches knowing the current is only not working. On your employment letter its Monday - Friday but you are called on Saturday and now Sunday as well. Boycott this Unacademy before you add it in your CV as an experience and later face issue with being onboarded to a new company coz guess what you are forced to leave organisation in less than few months, multiple shifting from Graphy to Unacadamy or NextLevel which is a stability concern.

Work Culture Especially in Outbound process. Under Mr. Harjot . He is the real leader and boss . He knows how to train and he motivates team always . That helps in the best performance and to stay in system for long term

Inbound team is really worsted and busted especially Palvinder , shiva these 2 managers are worst they dont know how to help employees to do best. they only asks numbers . most of the employees resigned because of these guys

I happened to learn a lot of skills from my Manager only which at the later on time was layed off from the Organization apart from that I did not learn a thing from anybody else.

Dislikes

It’s work culture, work-life balance, job security and the back-staving behaviour of Seniors is what I dislike about the Organisation. There is no job security and when it comes on the Manager’s job they will be happy to remove you from the Organization rather then supporting their own people and team. Employees are rather layed off quite frequently compared to other Sales Organization.

I'm sohit from indore mp i join graphy by unacademy 7 th July 2023 Don't join this company guys company have poor training and support system everything u have to do like lead hunting training for clients if you don't give sale they fire you and they have terrible ghatiya product poor support system i give 3 start rating out of 10 don't waste your time in that company
