The managment decisions will keep on changing...and salary will be delayed..and poor training...frequent lay off of employees without compensation...no feedback from employees....and worst companey I never seen...

No proper management.. Frequent chnges on policies...extra burden on employees..less salary....and frequent lay off of employees.... losing of clients.....

I enjoy the challenge of solving complex problems as well as the sense of accomplishment that comes with finding solutions. I enjoy my workplace’s collaborative environment and opportunity to work with talented and passionate people.

They give proper training and manager is supporting me to enhance communications skills and moreover he is friendly. Colleague's are also help me out when I get stuck during work. Overall it's good company for freshers.

Dislikes

I didn't like location and surrounding bcz there is no crowd and canteens. It's located in residential area.

It's was great opportunity to work with Graphx organization friendly management and fabulous work location and colleagues. I learnt so many things there. If I get opportunity to work there again I don't think anything I will rejoin at Graphx still i'm waiting for call from Graphx for rejoining.

Everything was fine there I'm 100% with the organization, the only bad thing is when I was in layoff position. Anyway still i'm waiting for call from the respective organization for rejoining.

Horrible. Please don't spoil ur future by working here. Only one thing I felt good it hold my hand during my worst situation of no job on hand. But later came to know the real face of the company ☹

Dislikes

No job security, each minute of your life is horrible here. Don't know when the list will publish to remove the employee, all because of the poor management.
