The chairman of the university is such a gem, politics is everywhere you just need to do your job properly, nobody can dominate your work. I personally feel only because of chairman sir , people can feel safe in this university, students are definitely assets but sir don’t entertain misbehaving humans in organizations.

The high authority people who are here from decades they think only they are running the organization, If they don’t like someone they will start bullying you indirectly with their very sharp dominating personality

No job security . No matter how hard you work you will remain unnoticed . People at top authorities try to show their power every time . Chancellor is nice only in public but in reality he doesn’t care about any individual . University has gone money minded .
