During COVID'19 the Management has been taken the following steps to protect our employees from COVID'19 and implementing across all the units of Granules India Limited: * First and Foremost (Well in advance to the Hon'ble Prime Minister's call for Lock down) create an essential Group by Our Executive Director with senior team leaders for awareness Campaign and issuing certain Directions from time to time. * Our CMD and Executive Directors personally taking care and making awareness and motivational video's and audio's on daily Basis and circulating to all employees. * Visual Displays of awareness of COVID'19 are playing in all units. * Being a Life saving Drugs Manufacturing industry it is necessary to operate the industry to the noble cause and operating the industry by taking all precautionary measures. * For maintaining Social distance and reducing the crowd on the roads we have been maintaining 12 hrs Schedules instead of 8 hrs and every third day employee will get compensatory off. * In addition to that employee will get monetary benefit for extending their support for making life saving Drugs. * Increased the transportation facility to employees for maintaining the Social distance. * For ensuring the sanitation and Hygiene we have requested our Vendor and preparing the food in our internal facility only. * We are allowing only two people for each dining table instead of Six and extended the Lunch hours. * Continuing the employees Health Surveillance on daily basis for ensuring temperature, cold, cough and sneezing etc. If any employee found with the symptoms we are being advised for personal medicare and sanitizers provided in all locations and transportation Vehicles.

... very Happy with Management moral support and what they provided opportunities. It's HRMS policies, Salary and annual approvals are effective on timely in any pandemic situations also. Moreover caring treating of management for down levels are very fantastic. Trainings are very useful to grow in our professional, in Granules India will provide very valuable trainings like Safety wise, Regulatory and especially personal guidance for Woman employees.

Dislikes

I m looking in all corners for any dislike but still I didn't got any second thought about it. May be compensations are got good for only who are closely moving with above cater. But all are got little greater when compared with other companies.

Poor management and skilled person not available in the organisation, Granules india need to work on higher management even manager level person for there components or not for the daily routine jobs. Need to improve the HR , HR people’s are totally un - educated there is no any HR policy for the employees So much safety concern in the entire manufacturing units in Granules India.

I like employee benifits i.e. 1. Free bus servise. 2. Subsidised canteen service. 3. Monthly Birthday celebrations. 4. Best employee of the month performance awards.

I dislike the below. 1. Attendance bonus. 2. Night duty allowances. 3. Not celebrating family function outside of the company location. 4. Not providing C-off to general shift employees

Department wise management is not well talented, especially from QC. Heavy documention. QA policing (show), New joinee assessment not doing properly. Providing offer letters to unfit and irrelevant experienced persons
