If any one comes at 'A' shift they need to be until 6pm some times and sometimes after completion of overtime period for month they need to be extra hours even though some people will won't paid OT.

There is nothing to like here. Company has no cultural values, only politics. It has worst management ever. CFO is just a pupet in some hands. Nerver ever join in Finance team here.

...tics and management doesnt address our issues. Jon training is not at all given. They will just say we are giving you salary why should we explain you on work.

I did my project training at ARD in Granules India Limited. There are maintaining Good work Culture. All the Analysts at this department were supportive and humble.They provide transportation for their employees and good environment.

It’s very good company,since last 5 years iam working in same company and this is first my company also.Especially for career growth this company is good plat form for fresher and so many opportunities are given to me from trainee to till date. It’s my pleasure I am working in this organisation and part of granules family.

Job compensation is decent and growth is okay and work pressure is not much,any one can handle that.managers are suppoting is very well,if any one can suggest any implementation and ideas can share to managers.Company culture also very good and Administartion also very good.No one give any work pressure on particular person. There are supporting equal to all, there is no partiality.as my opinion this is very nice company for working.

Poor management and skilled person not available in the organisation, Granules india need to work on higher management even manager level person for there components or not for the daily routine jobs. Need to improve the HR , HR people’s are totally un - educated there is no any HR policy for the employees So much safety concern in the entire manufacturing units in Granules India.
