...ance. Employees are expected to stretch their normal work hours till midnight. Less compensation, less hike, no motivation to work. Biased and unfair appraisal system and promotion practices. They encourage wrong practices in the name of "visibility". They have brought so many management changes to micro-manage. No learning opportunity after a certain time. Stagnant/very slow growth.

Good working environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent . Company policies are good.

...gement doesn’t address ground level issues faced by the lower level employees. Career growth is good but salary is low for the amount of hours worked.

It gives a platform to work in an international environment. The Senior Management is understanding and cooperative and understand the work pressure. They give clients realistic timelines and do not overload employees with targets

There is no opportunity for lateral shift. You will only keep doing one type of thing.

You are not the part of crowd like Big 4. You have close relation and meetings with the upper level. You do a lot of things from basic and ground work rather doing a manual work like big4.

Should pace up with other companies joining the race. Should motivate employees with benefits.
