Had good teammates. Work life balance was not bad.

Location was good but a little opportunity to get trained. Salary was agreed in the offer letter but Not paid on time or not paid in full so deception at the end of job done. Work pressure was unreasonably high as the firm didn't have adequate staff and insufficient qualified staff. Jobs taken by showing the same team qualified staff but ended up sending unqualified staff which was disappointing customers who showed anger on staff. Unethical behavior and practices like showing one team to get orders and sending other team and auditing and accounting were done under one roof with different names. Nondisclosure of real pictures to regulators. Scolding of staff by managing partner with filthy words. Job security and growth were not ensured.
