Corporate policies should be strong, more than skill people hire with biased referrals, saturated things, no curriculum activities, no employee engagement, team leads poor to elevate the team, they failed to educate the engineers ,outdated technology in SW. No process following. No in time hike.

Work Life Balance is good(Backend team exceptional). Good for fresher if they just want to learn and start their career.

Dislikes

Partiality will be there. 98% tamil people that too some are fkng uneducted. Dont know how some people even got the job. There is no new learnings. Their software is very-very basic(consider it elementry) and that too not up to the mark to the market.

Manager there is vary bad dosent have people management skills, specifically testing products Dont give hikes Hire get work done then do mental torture to fire No food No work life balance Partiality in giving wfh , mangers discretion 90% employees from same college and tamilians no diversity at all. People hire their relatives No employee wellbeing. Company culture to to too bad.

1) Need time break.Is provided When it's required. 2) Help on call for mental and financial support. 3) Managers are ready to hear, If we are facing any problem and make us come out of it.
