Salary Package. There is no recognition for performers..No annual appraisal kind of system to distinguish performers and non performers. Salary will not be revised even after many years. I have seen some of the staff haven't received salary hike for more than 10 years.

The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
