Work culture is somewhat OK. Job security is good as its owned by Lulu International Group and during pandemic when other Hyatt's were not paying salary, this hyatt was paying salary with paycut which is a huge plus point. All thanks to Lulu Group. The property is one of the best in South India.

Dislikes

...est paying organisations and extremely long working hours due to under staffing. Attrition rate is high due to low salary and limited career growth. Also support for Internal transfer within properties is weak. Existing and loyal staffs are not given much importance rather the same is high for new joinees.

We all got Hyatt fund care money of 500$ and One month half salary we got after that no money no salary. Now we are in leave without pay holiday.

It's good No dislike about work it's ver good company I have no issues that would have provided half salaries of these covid19 lockdown time.

When it was lock down there was no financial support from hotel or from Hyatt

In time of trouble they don't support. When it is lockdown hotel has no business and they r not providing any salary to us. No increment this year and no bonus. We work hard ro achieved target this year but we have not got any rewards

There is no dislike In my duration only one lady who was very partial towards me and never use to think from my side Overall the staff and the brand is amazing

thy really care fpr the people....nd get to learn lots of things.....thy are behaving just like family with their staff...and 8 offs are the best
