Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Good team mates, good support from them.

...rself, working at this place you are not appreciated, and you are just a number. Pay is sometimes deducted in a weird way they still owe me 4 months' wages. So many people leave after a month. They expect you to do a 15-hour shift with a 30-minute break there's never food in the canteen, the staff room and toilets are dirty and if you say something about it they tell you "if you don't like it leave " the hr head is nasty and doesn't care about staffs mental health, the managers sometimes steal tips in busy events. The place is still in the 1800s
