Playing with future of employees. If you are talented then never join this company. It came kick you out anytime. Life of so many employees destroyed because of this.

...ak, they give a speech assuring job safety and after 3 weeks start firing again. Salary hikes & cuts are not same for everyone. Lot of favoritism.

No job security, any time you will be fired without any big reason and ask you to resign ,and blackmail you to blacklist if you don't resign and ask for notice period or compensation.

reporting manager, SVP, and other employees of the operations team are good and responsible for company growth. all departments except sales are very good

they stopped taking feedback from ground teams that's why, the company is facing a downfall. the sales team is not mature enough to execute the plan strategically in order to achieve the targets. People in senior management of the sales department are not even qualified for the job but because of personal relations, they are working in that particular position. Even founders are biased toward a particular department sales team do unethical practices and senior management supports it they give only 15 days notice period to most of the employees whom they want to fire

Sales professionals are doing unethical practices from top to bottom. Put pressure on people from the last mile operation department to sell private label products. Now they are closing the last mile department and saying to give their resignation if not they will do termination without giving any compensation. Sales leadership is totally incompetent .they recruit close friends in higher positions who don't even know about agronomy

Senior management is biased toward sales team NO equality no job security
