Good to start your career. Work Life Balance must be improved. Compensation is poor. Overall, a decent firm for freshers!

Terrible Work Life balance and very poor compensation. Overall, a decent company to learn new things and enter into the world of Research / Consulting.

There are some really good and helpful people around but again that depends upon your luck and team. They got good compensation and learning programs like Linkedin learning access and funding education for some cases. They have allowed to work from home on permanent basis. Your don’t need to go to office at all, no manager of management gonna force you to come to office.

Work life balance suffers badly, you end up working daily around 10-11 hours without saying and if it’s your bad day then it will go up to 12-14 hours as well.

Variety of projects you can work on. Has big clients. Some projects make you work from client location. Some client locations are awesome!!!

But once you're stuck in one project it's hard to move to new projects unless your exceptionally good and have on point negotiation skills.

People with whom I have personally worked, they are good but again this varies from team to team. How lucky or unlucky you’re!

Work life balance sucks, 10-12 hours is normal here. People working here from years never tried improving this, instead got used to it.
