...t itself was a clue that you are going to be fired and this PIP was just a sham. They barely pay attention to quality. You have clowns in the name of teachers (barring a few of course) who can even dance and sing in front of the camera to bring the crowd. The culture is totally tacky and people are running away from this toxic culture already

Dislikes

Everything was problematic except the remunerations. Horrible horrible place to work. I reiterate, so long it was Gradeup, the work culture, leadership, people, all of this was positive. the moment Byju's took over, the quality of people and content went down in the gutter. Everything was about sales and numbers. Quality took a backseat. of course, you do have good people/professionals, but that is certainly overshadowed by the rotten potatoes they have.

A fast-paced, high-energy company that rewards achievement and growth. Our coworkers are always working together to meet customer needs, and we encourage our employees to share their ideas and collaborate with each other.

The pay is very less when compared to other companies.

The people at BYJU'S are extremely helpful and supportive. I like to work here as there is no delay in salary . the HR team is extremely helpful.

The non-stop meeting can be tiresome. The air conditioning is also too cold for me.

...is permanent Work from Home and the Academic Specialist gets the assets at home. The salary is on time. Apart from this, everything is worst here.

They can fire you without any reason. They put me inside PIP and didn't offered me any valid reason for it. They fired hundreds of Employees without any proper reason. Only those employees gets promotion here who are bootlickers of their senior managers. Even the managers don't know how to behave professionally with the juniors. Being at a senior position does not give license to the Manager to talk rubbish to the employees at lower level than them. They also ate up my rewards. Don't work here!

Working at BEP feels like freedom. I have been given responsibilities which I have complete ownership of. This means much. Always wanted freedom, and here I am living my dream.

Dislikes

Salary could be better, but to be honest, people pay for learning skills which I am learning here which I am being paid for.
