No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

It's a fake organisation. They play with the emotions of unemployed graduates. without having a govt registration they have the T number, but how? In the main office board its mentioned as "a govt supported organization " but in their documents and slips its mentioned as " an autonomous organisation" how these both are related?? When ever any one ask doubts about the organization they clearly stop us from asking anything. In the training they are teaching us the technique of money chain. There is no board members and the other staffs( in their opinion) behave like "gundas". We have to find people to join in this organization and if you didn't brought anyone you won't have a job and there is no salary nothing. They wasted my three months, I made my brothers and husband to join in this then also they didn't have any thing as a salary. When I enquired about this organization in concerned departments I came to know that there is no such society named as Gradco. They will take 2000 rupee n in turn will give a certificate in Labour Management which has no value in any other societies, psc jobs or any other organisation. There is no locker no customers nothing... always the building will be filled with interview candidates.. I was totally cheated by them.
