Good start for freshers. Decent work-life balance.

Dislikes

Very low pay. Rude colleagues who call themselves seniors because of their tenure, they don't know the basics of work. The work is just copy-pasting and requires no skill or qualifications. Nobody understands the purpose of doing it. The management is the worst. They are very shady, make fake assurances regarding growth and promotions, target and shame people who speak up or ask for clarity. No efforts taken to retain the top talents. Everyone is leaving and the team will barely make it till the next quarter since it's understaffed and left with people who are good for nothing. When anyone tries to leave due to the above reasons, they are shamed, and termed as "job hoppers" and "unethical".

Dislikes

1. A powerful clique of teammates, who sexualised, objectified and commodified men in casual conversations. 2. Encouragement of misandry in the editorial team, which led to wanton female misconduct. 3. A nauseating woke culture permeated the team overall. 4. Relentless contempt for dharmic Hindus and Jains from the Catholic-Mohammedan group in the editorial team. 5. Some nominally Hindu employees behaved slimily. 6. Demoralising gossip-mongering in my team and other teams, which only furthered toxicity and suspicion in interpersonal ties. 7. Industrious but modest male employees were ridiculed. 8. The lack of transparency of my senior female colleague made me undergo a monetary loss. 9. In the guise of wokeism, equity, diversity, women's empowerment and other buzz words, a sadistic, unequal and superficial work culture was encouraged. 10. The senior management of the team was dishonourable. 11. Almost all pros and cons above are also applicable to another firm Spacebar for which I worked.

1. Misandry was encouraged in the editorial team, as a result of which honourable male employees were ridiculed. 2. A Catholic-Sunni-Shia clique in the team, which demeaned and instigated dharmic Hindus and Jains. Taunts, sarcasm and nastiness were integral parts of the humour of this clique. 3. A wine-and-cheese Leftist culture, which turned many discussions into painful experiences. 4. The bogus Abrahamic victim card would be played to wreak havoc. 5. Harassment of some quiet male employees by their toxic female colleagues. Some of these female colleagues were married. 6. Appeasement of Abrahamic fanaticism by the woke Hindu seniors of the team. 7. An incestuous Left-Abrahamic alliance, which only spread toxicity in the team. 8. Hideous gossip-mongering, which was pukeworthy. 9. Dishonourable conduct of some female teammates, which revolved around deceit, two-timing and violation of the personal spaces of men. 10. Almost all the merits and demerits above are also applicable to another organisation Spacebar for which I had worked.
