I'm a temporary employee joined the company as an operator trainer on 2017 September and I'm a b tech graduate. Condition of the company is very worst as they treat me and all the B Tech graduates and all the employees like a slave and servant and make us to do all cleaning works and treat us like an ITI holder. There is no labour Union at all, so management is taking advantage of it. Many permanent employees in that company were aware of it, but they are not raising their voices against these kind of activities, because they are in fear that they might be cornered and fired by the management . Work life balance is very worst as supervisor or senior operators are in compulsion to work for nearly 12 hours including own time not overtime. Yearly they are allotting casual leave only 15 days but they don't encourage to take leave. They won't allow leave for employees to go for vacation or trip with their family. If anybody took leave unknowingly for sickness, HR will call their parents like a school students. It is like a school for employees. They had forced me to work extra time without wages, so I had resigned from the job after 10 months. Only advantage in that company is they are providing education fees to confirmed employees children. I had learned wire edm machine operation there. If anybody is injured in company management will hide it.
