It's a Work from Office setup, though they have 7 days of WFH. Wanted more

learning, learning, learning...i got training on the digital marketing, affiliate marketing and have been working for the last 3 years and enjoy my time here...office is cool, cafeteria is super good, i play TT and foosball...like the people, good friends

All that matters at times is the work satisfaction and the environment you work around, and GrabOn tops at each of these with great work culture and ethics. The combined efforts put in by everyone to constantly achieve big and get better is bliss, and I'm glad I'm a part of it. And not to forget to mention the "work of a master", the office space!

Nothing much to "dislike", but we are all prone to work pressure in this corporate world at times, aren't we?

If one is driven enough to learn, excel and prove, the opportunities are innumerable at GrabOn. The company is always open to impart learnings and open doors to any cross functional contribution from employees There are 12 odd teams and the interaction provided with all the teams will open new ideas and thought process. The quick turn around times for execution gives a sense of satisfaction to see our efforts work in action and benefit our users in real time. Apart from having a great looking office, the company supports open work culture which makes it easy to work with anyone and drives in lively vibes.

Dislikes

Being a startup, things are bound to be dynamic at times and can get hectic with deadlines fast approaching.

Currently I'm not working for GrabOn. Good work environment and culture. Teammate are supportive. There is no proper growth opportunities for an individual. Company policies change from time to time.

Slow career growth opportunities. Micromanagement.
