Initially it was good but later on the standard fall down to lowest level in Pune Branch which was called as Shoptimize. Company is still struggling to prove 300 crores worth to higher management in Singapore especially EBU unit

Dislikes

1) The main challenge with Management is to prove how their relatives and friends are worth when they sit idle and with incoming good talents. So I suggested if you are talented don't waste time over here because to save their people they will make you work overtime at the cost of your health and time and if you know the things and their person don't know to work they will protect him and if you ignore they will threaten you at any level, especially EBU unit. 2) Their account department don't know what is their role in terms of JOb and what are the rights of the employees who work for them. They will not support on PF. 3) There are some physcopaths in the EBU unit that are close to AVPs so please be aware.
