Salary On Time, Flexible working hours. No bossism.

No future sustainablity plan. They are hiring like anything. They don't have proper organisation structure. All managers skills are very poor. They always play politicise with their juniors to save his job. They do not have any future sustainablity plan. Everything is temporary. Working in GPS means, you are compromising your future. In future very less job security. Rest you are to judge. No skill development.

Salary credit on time. Alot of engineering aspect learnings. Flexible & friendly behaviour of all upper managment. Gps has Excellent approach to CBG field. Good facilities for employess and party culture also.

Dislikes

Promotions are distributed on achieving single task rather than looking out overall performance and qualification. HR team not actively participated in employee consideration. Hope HR team policies and HR managment improved in future for better work culture establishment.

Not respected experienceful person at my plant location and not friendly language and behaviour for strength of our team work.we should rewarding our Employees for good contact and good behaviour with each other.
