Toxic work culture: A toxic work culture refers to an environment where negative behaviors such as harassment, bullying, discrimination, or excessive stress are prevalent. It can be characterized by lack of trust, poor communication, high turnover rates, and a generally unhealthy atmosphere. This type of culture can significantly impact employee morale, productivity, and well-being. Egoistic manager: An egoistic manager typically prioritizes their own needs and interests over those of their team members. They may be excessively focused on their own success, seek personal recognition, and fail to acknowledge or appreciate the contributions of others. Such managers may lack empathy, exhibit a lack of collaboration, and make decisions based on personal gain rather than the best interests of the team or organization. Unprofessional managers: Unprofessional managers often display behavior that is not aligned with expected professional standards. This can include inappropriate language, disrespectful communication, favoritism, lack of transparency, or failure to address issues appropriately. Unprofessionalism in management can lead to a breakdown in trust, demotivation among employees, and a negative work environment.

Salary on time which most of company does

Dislikes

I had worked here as Deputy manager, Chennai. After reading earlier warning post in ambition box I thought I can manage the sales pressure from Regional manager Velmurugan who is sitting in Chennai but there is unprofessional way of pressure with no breathing time even though I was very confident to perform in GP PETROLEUM but due to Rude and worst behaviour from him. I was totally lost all my confidence and felt like I was in jungle nothing professional. Either you to fight with him or you have to be slave under him... Atlast you will not learn anything, you will lose your self confidence, health issues and mental issues for sure. Even though if you are offered with better salary but you cannot survive here for long time until velmurugan regional manager is here .this was not only for me but most of the people who worked under him has the same comments.
