Even after thinking properly , I did not get any reason to like.

Dislikes

Actually everything. If you are joining at a salary package 15 k or anything ,then be rest assured that you are not going to enjoy that salary for more than a month . They have recruited some managers to deal with this type of situations. If you say something then they have a very common threatening (either take less salary or leave the company , ) As a working professional it will not be possible for u to leave a job instantly ,they know that very well and will take the advantages accordingly. U need to work atleast 18 to 20 hrs daily to meet ur targets,(whatever fixed by them) even apart from the fact that u r not getting ur full salary. You will not be able to attempt for an interview even. At last in simple words I will like to say that if you wish to spoil your life, then join a terrorist group but do not join Gozo .

Company management are gone in worst to worst. Don't have to say anything in positive. Everything are negative 😭😭😔

Dislikes

One of the worst company in all over India. Don't go through this company. Toxic working environment. Specially Mr. Karan' don't have any manner how to behave with employees. Too much Target basis job. No feature security. Overall, i will request you guys don't kept your beautiful smile in dengerous stages to work in this company.🙏🙏🙏

No one support to all employees. Only creating hug pressure over the employe during covid-19 . If not able to work, than ask to leave. This is the all policy over the company.

Working in Gozo Cabs is really good . The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.My colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
