The best part of working with the Gowrie Healthcare is 1. It's an 5 days working MNC company in Vadodara 2. It releases the payments on time no matter to any stakeholders i.e Employees, Vendors or Govt. 3. Promotors vision is to have a permanent establishment in Vadodara with B&S House for its stakeholders at large and development. 4. The HR, Recruitment team and Admin team is very co-operative and helpful for its existing employees and new joiners. 5. Company is providing Family Health Insurance and Cab facilities for female colleagues in terms of safety and security of the employees and their families.

Dislikes

Their is not much to dislike with Gowrie Healthcare but I would add one is the parking facility of the current premise but as the group had already purchased the New B&S House in Vadodara and we are moving their in couple of months, this problem will be automatically resolved.

UK based pharma company having R&D, Sales & IT companies in Vadodara India. Pure Multi-national company. Fast growing & financially very sound company. Culture is very good. Though timing are as per UK, it's complete 5 days work week which balances out. Very aspirational business growth plan and anyone joining at this time will have very good exposure and learning opportunities. Good opportunity to be placed abroad as their skill transfer program.

Dislikes

Company has hired good quality people & firmly driving transformation. Current office infrastructure is not good but soon their new office is coming up which will be one of the best offices in Vadodara.

Hi, Company has multiple portfolio in the pocket like Healthcare, Information Technology, Special and many more which Provides security for Jobs . Diversified business model with bottom to top level approach. Mangement always keen to resolve any issues of any employee..
